RUN · MARKETING SUBSCRIPTION

Your marketing department. By subscription.

The Marketing Subscription is a marketing department for a brand in Spain or Europe, by the month: a strategist inside your team, one or two sessions a week, and the studio behind him for pages, mechanics, content, performance and your brand measured in AI answers every month. One report a month with KPIs in units: booked, bought, signed. Two levels, Pilot and Full. Minimum three months, invoice at the start of the month, ad budget always a separate line.

The short version

The Marketing Subscription is your marketing department, by the month. A strategist inside your team, in your sessions once or twice a week, deciding what ships. The studio behind him: pages, mechanics, content, performance, and your brand measured in AI answers every month. One report a month, ten pages, KPIs in units: booked, bought, signed. Two levels, Pilot and Full. Minimum three months, one month's notice, and everything built stays yours.

It is the Run step of the cycle: the thing that happens after the research said where the money is and the build put the pages up. Not "we'll run your account". Monthly fee, quoted within 24 hours.

Two levels

Pilot Full
Sessions with the strategist one a week two a week
Directions of your business one all
Pages and mechanics the ones that direction needs, on the plan's dates across directions, plus the seasonal mechanics
Content the editorial rhythm of that direction, produced from your brand context every direction, every platform on the plan
AI visibility measured monthly, four assistants, share of voice against five competitors measured monthly, plus the citable content and entity work that moves it
Performance set up and read, budget separate run and optimised weekly, budget separate
Report one a month, KPIs in units one a month, plus a quarterly review with the people who decide
Ad budget, shoots, licences separate line, always separate line, always

What is in, what is not

In the monthly fee Not in it (and what we do instead)
The strategist, in your sessions, reading your numbers, deciding what ships A team that sits in your office every day: we are inside your team, not on your payroll
Production: pages, mechanics, content, tools, at the level's volume, from your brand context Unlimited requests: the scope of the level is written in the quote, and a bigger month is quoted as a bigger month
AI visibility measured every month, the same way, with the sources each assistant cited A guaranteed spot in an AI answer: nobody controls that, and anyone who sells it is selling something they do not have
Performance set up and read (Pilot) or run weekly (Full), on your ad accounts The ad budget itself: always a separate line, paid to the platform, never inside the fee
One report a month in units, and the decision we need from you Reach, likes, impressions as the headline: they are in the appendix, they are not the KPI
Everything built handed over monthly: repositories, accounts, content, reports A lock-in: one month's notice, the last month is a handover month

How a month runs

Week one. The report for last month lands on the first working day, ten pages. The session that week is about it: what moved, what did not, the one decision. The month's calendar is confirmed from the season plan.

Weeks two and three. Production ships: the pages, the mechanics, the content, at the level's volume, each from the brand context, each with the strategist's decision on what goes out. Performance is read (Pilot) or adjusted weekly (Full). The AI visibility run happens mid-month, in clean sessions, the same thirty questions as last month.

Week four. Next month's plan in the session, the seasonal mechanic briefed if one is due, the brand context updated with what changed: offers, facts, season. On Full, the quarterly review every third month, with the people who decide, on the numbers of the quarter and the plan for the next.

Terms, in plain words

  • Minimum three months. The first month is setup: the brand context, the accounts, the baseline measurement. The second is the first real report. The third is the first month you can judge.
  • Invoice at the start of the month, ex-VAT, from the EU. The scope of the level is fixed in the quote; a bigger month is quoted before it starts, never after.
  • One month's notice, from either side. The last month is a handover month: everything built, every account, every report, in your name, with the manual.
  • Ad budget is always a separate line, paid by you to the platform. Shoots are quoted per shoot. Third-party licences are on your accounts. The fee is the team, and only the team.
  • You own everything, from the first month. Repositories, content, data, the brand context, the reports. Nothing is held until the next invoice.

What we don't promise

Reach, likes, impressions, "brand awareness", followers. They are in the appendix of the report because the platforms give them to us for free, and they are never the headline. We do not promise a position in an AI answer, because nobody controls that; we promise to measure it the same way every month and to move what can be moved. We do not promise a number of leads before the first report, because we have not seen your numbers yet.

We promise KPIs in units: booked, bought, signed. A report on the first working day of every month. A strategist who has read it before you do. And a handover month if you decide to stop.

Who it is for

  • A brand that came through Discovery and has a plan with dates, and no team to run it yet. The subscription runs the plan; Marketing OS builds the team if you want to take it over later.
  • A brand with a marketing person and no department: one good marketer who needs a strategist to decide with and a studio to produce with.
  • A brand paying a retainer it cannot measure. The report is the difference.
  • A founder who has been the marketing department and needs to be the founder again.

Marketers want original thinking from their partners first and help with transformation second (CMO Barometer 2026), and more than half say they lack the budget to execute the strategy they have (Gartner, May 2026). A subscription with the scope written in the quote and the ad budget outside it is what a marketing department costs when you can see the number.

Ownership and hosting

Everything built under the subscription is yours from the month it ships: pages on your domain, EU hosting, accounts in your name, content in your folders, the brand context, the reports and the data behind them. No personal data from your customers goes near a model's training set. If you stop, the last month is a handover, and the team you have keeps shipping from the manual.

Where to go next

  • Not sure what the department should run first? Discovery, four weeks, writes the plan with prices on every block.
  • Want to build the department in-house instead? Marketing OS, two to four weeks, and the subscription can sit inside it later.
  • Only want the AI visibility part? The AI Visibility Program, monthly, on its own.
  • Only want the content part? The Social Content Engine, monthly.
  • How the AI pipeline and the human decisions fit together: the method.

Tell me which direction is not moving. You will have a monthly fee for the level that fits within 24 hours, and the first report on the first working day of month two.

Questions

Can the subscription replace our agency?

It can, and it can also work next to it. Some brands keep their creative or media agency and use the subscription as the strategist and the production arm that the agency does not have. Others replace a retainer they could not measure with one they can. Which one you need is decided in the first session, from what the agency does well; we do not pitch for a budget that is working.

What happens to what you built if we stop?

It is yours, like everything on this site. Pages, mechanics, content, the brand context, the reports, the accounts: handed over in the last month, with the repository and the manual. One month's notice, the last month is a handover month, and the team you have keeps shipping from the manual. Nothing is held hostage to the next invoice.

What is the difference between Pilot and Full?

Pilot is one direction of your business and one session a week: the strategist, the report, and the production that direction needs. Full is every direction, two sessions a week, the seasonal mechanics, performance, and a quarterly review with the people who decide. Most brands start with Pilot on the direction Discovery said to close first, and move to Full when the report shows why.

What is in the monthly report?

KPIs in units, per direction: bookings, orders, signed contracts, leads that became customers. Against last month and against the plan. What shipped, what it did, what ships next month, and the one decision we need from you. Your brand's share of voice in four AI assistants, measured the same way every month. Ten pages, read in ten minutes, with the data behind it in a folder you own.

What does it cost?

A monthly fee for each level, quoted within 24 hours of your message, ex-VAT with an EU invoice at the start of each month. The scope of the level is fixed in the quote: sessions, directions, what ships. Ad budget, media buying fees, shoots and third-party licences are separate lines, always, so the fee is the team and never a pass-through. Minimum three months, because the first month is setup and the second is the first real report.

Who is the strategist?

Dmytro Lobod, ten years of running an agency and 350 brands, or a strategist from the studio he has worked with for years, named in the quote and not swapped without asking. The person in your sessions is the person who reads your report and decides what ships. Behind him, the studio: designers, writers, developers, producers, media buyers, the same people who build every package on this site.
