From storm to order: a website that sells hotel software

HÓTICO is a CRM and guest management platform for independent hotels. lobod.rocks made the whole website: the marketing funnels and their logic, the architecture, the design and build in English and Spanish, the copy and a web identity on top of the brand’s guidebook.

Marketing funnels

Four ways in, one CRM

Every visitor gets a next step that fits where they are: book a demo, add details for a proposal, read an overview first or come in as a partner. Each request reaches the CRM with what sales needs to call back.

Ready for a demo

“Book a demo” in the header, on the first screen, on every page and in the phone bar

  1. Step 1Name, role, work email, hotel or group, phone if they like
  2. Sent at onceThe request is in; nothing else is required
  3. Step 2, optionalProject assessment: country, rooms, category, PMS, modules, teams, channels, timeline
  4. Tailored proposalPrepared from the assessment

Picked their goals

12 goals on the Platform page, each with “add to my demo”

  1. Choose goalsThe selection is kept only in the visitor’s browser
  2. Add to the demoThe goals fill in the demo request
  3. Sales sees themListed by name in the lead

Not ready yet

The 2-minute film, with a quieter step next to it

  1. Watch the filmHÓTICO’s own film, in the page’s language
  2. Leave an emailOnly the email, nothing else
  3. An overviewThe 12 goals and how they apply to their hotel

Partners

People who know hotel owners and general managers

  1. Choose a levelAgent, Dealer or Partner
  2. ApplyName, company, market and level
  3. TalkHÓTICO gets back to agree the level that fits
One CRM for every requestEach request reaches HÓTICO’s CRM (Bitrix24) with the campaign tags of the visit, the landing page and the referrer. Every lead is also written to the server log, so none is lost if delivery fails.
  • No cookies and no trackers; the page still counts clicks, form starts and sends, goals and film plays.
  • The consent box starts empty and links to the privacy notice.
  • A hidden field stops bots without a captcha.
Logic and structure

A home that goes from offer to request

The home is short: the offer, the problem, what the hotel gets, questions and the form. Everything else is one click away, on a page with one job.

  1. /

    Home

The offer, the storm, six outcomes for the hotel, questions and the two-step form

  2. /platform

    Platform

12 goals in four stages; any of them can go into the demo request

  3. /modules

    Modules

HÓTICO24 and six modules, integrations and the commercial model, without prices

  4. /how-it-works

    How it works

The film, the guest journey, HÓTICO AI, analytics and the week-by-week implementation

  5. /partners

    Partners

Three levels, Agent, Dealer and Partner, and the application

  6. /demo

    Demo

What the demo shows, what happens next, and the offices with their local time

  7. /brand

    Identity

The web identity, published as the site’s own rulebook

  8. /privacy

    Privacy

Where requests go and what the site keeps, in plain words

Built on
  • Our audit of the old site and its marketing
  • Six competitors in hotel software
  • HÓTICO’s one-pager, guidebook and partner programme
  • HÓTICO’s sales principles: qualify before investing, sell value rather than features
Architecture

Fast, cheap to run, easy to hand over

The only moving part is the small service that takes the forms; everything else is plain pages.

  1. Fast

The motion and the storm load only when they are needed, and every page reads even without them

  2. Two languages in step

Every line of English and Spanish lives in one place, so the versions never drift apart

  3. Checked and handed over

All 18 pages checked at three screen widths, then delivered with step-by-step instructions and redirects from the old addresses

The same design and copy also make HÓTICO’s 14-slide presentation, as a PDF in English and Spanish.

Web identity

The accent is the attention

We kept the logo and the guidebook exactly as they are and built what the web needed around them: tones for depth and warmth, type, a photo grade, motion and a voice.

The ring of the Ó is the guest’s 360° journey, and the accent above it is the care HÓTICO adds. The Ó becomes the symbol: the icon, the loader, the progress, the guest moving through the journey.

From the guidebook

  • Deep IndigoThe main brand colour: headings, actions
  • IndigoSecondary indigo, hover states
  • PeriwinkleThe Ó, secondary accents
  • MistCalm surfaces
  • WhiteBackgrounds, the logo on indigo
  • InkBody text

Added for the web

  • NightDepth for dark screens
  • LinenA warm reading ground
  • LamplightThe one warm accent, only where there is care; never on the logo

Type

  • ManropeHeadings and text: the web stand-in for the corporate Malgun Gothic, with full Latin and Cyrillic
  • Cormorant Garamond ItalicThe care words: one or two words in a heading
  • JetBrains MonoLabels, numbers and interface details
Logo
The original logotype, unchanged: Deep Indigo with the periwinkle Ó on light grounds, all white on indigo and Night
The Ó
Always one colour. It becomes the app icon, the favicon, the loader and the marker before headings
Photography
Real moments of hospitality, licensed from Unsplash, in one house grade: muted colour, indigo in the shadows, warm light kept
Motion
From storm to order: things arrive scattered and settle into one ring. A pill header, sheet transitions and an iris between pages, all off under reduced motion
Pattern
Half-rings and accents of the Ó, white at low opacity on Deep Indigo, as in the guidebook
Voice
Warm, not sugary; clear, not technical. Care, backed by concrete features
The logo on Linen, Night and Indigo, with what is and is not allowed
The palette: the guidebook colours and the three web tones
The Ó pattern on Deep Indigo
Type: Manrope, Cormorant Garamond Italic and JetBrains Mono
Result

Live at hotico.online

In English and Spanish, on HÓTICO’s own server.

  • Every request reaches the CRM with who is asking, for which hotel, the goals they picked and where they came from.
  • A visitor who is not ready for a demo still has a next step, and partners have their own door.
  • No cookies and no trackers, so the site needs no cookie banner.
  • The logo, the guidebook palette and the Ó pattern stay exactly as HÓTICO had them.
