AI system

A company that runs on agents.

The furthest we have taken AI inside a business is Stadami, our own app for booking beauty, wellness and fitness pros. Nineteen parts of the company share one brain, each has its own agent, skeptic agents check the work, and a person makes the final call. We build the same for brands.

19parts of the business

24/7agents on shift, a person decides

Built by lobod.rocks and running at Stadami, the app Dmytro Lobod co-founded: live in Brazil, opening in Barcelona.

Inside Stadami

Everything is connected. And everything moves.

Every node is a part of the business with its own agent, and data runs along the lines between them. In the centre sits the brain they all take their rules and facts from. Switch the agents off and the same company goes back to spreadsheets and somebody’s memory.

The heart of the system

The company brain: everything in one place.

One knowledge base. Every agent reads the rules, voice and facts from it, and writes back what was decided and what worked. That is why all the agents speak with one voice.

And here is a week from the inside: one call, one signal from start to finish, one day around the clock and Monday morning on a single screen.

Data capture

Even a call turns into data.

Take the weekly social media call. The meetings agent listens, picks out what matters and files each piece where it belongs: decisions, tasks, risks and what goes into the brain. Nobody takes minutes.

  1. PerformancePeople open the Pro+ push more in the evening, after 19:00.
  2. SocialCreators in São Paulo get their own promo codes, so we can see who brings in pros.
  3. DmytroOK. The reviews email goes to both pros and clients.
  4. SocialStories with real pros work better than generic ones.
  5. PerformanceOnly the budget for the creator test isn’t approved yet.

  • Stories with pros work better a rule for the content agent

(while the team is still saying goodbye, the tasks are already in the system, with owners and dates)

One scenario, start to finish

One signal runs through the whole system.

A pro keeps checking their profile stats but stays on the free plan. Here is what the system does with that signal, step by step. Agents do the work, a skeptic checks it, a person decides.

Signal · dataFor the third week a pro keeps opening their profile stats, but stays on the free plan.

Segment · analyst agentGathers every pro like that by city and category, and checks whether they’ve already been sent something.

Message · email agentWrites an email and a push in Portuguese, in the brand’s voice, with the rules and prices from the brain.

Skeptic · skeptic agentA separate agent that trusts nobody: checks prices against the price list, facts against sources, tone against the brand book. Anything doubtful goes back for rework.

Decision · personThe team sees drafts that are already checked and decides: yes, no or fix. The agent learns from every edit.

Send · channelsEmail, push and in-app at the right moment. Every pro gets their own version.

Result · dashboardWho opened, who moved to Pro+, what each channel brought. No manual roll-up.

Memory · brainWhat worked becomes the rule for next time. The system gets smarter every week.

Around the clock · example

A day in the system: agents never sleep.

Ten moments from an ordinary day. At night the agents clean the CRM and gather the metrics, the morning starts with a report in the chat, and in the evening the push goes to those ready for Pro+.

Monday morning: every channel on one screen. The agents don’t just show numbers, they suggest the next step and wait for a yes. A person still presses the button.

For your brand

Where agents pay off for your brand.

Stadami runs the full version, all nineteen parts. Your brand does not need all nineteen on day one. We start with the brand context, put agents where the work is wide and repetitive, and leave the decisions with a person on your team.

  1. Content in one voicePosts, emails and pushes drafted from the brand context, so they sound like you and not like the tool. A skeptic agent checks facts, prices and tone before you see them.
  2. Ads in batchesCreatives for each channel and market, tested in batches. Weak ones go on pause, and budget moves only after a person says OK.
  3. A report before coffeeEvery morning, every channel on one screen, with what changed and why. Nobody spends Friday stitching ten tabs together.
  4. Calls that turn into tasksEvery call comes out as decisions, risks and tasks with owners and dates. Nobody has to remember what was agreed.
