The short version
A brand book is finished the day the identity needs somewhere to live: a launch page, a campaign microsite, a tool on the site that speaks in the brand's voice. That is the moment a studio either builds it, subcontracts it to whoever is free, or watches the client take the identity to a web agency that will make it beige. We are the third option done properly: a production and technology arm that builds from your brand book, in days, and hands you the credit. The same arm serves PR agencies, event agencies and consultants and communities; the shared terms are on the partners page.
What we build from your brand book
| Package | What it is | Time | Sell it when |
|---|---|---|---|
| Launch Page 72h | One page for the launch of the new identity, a product or a campaign: message, copy in ES and EN, design in your system, build, analytics, the structure assistants read. Two rounds of revisions | 72 hours from brief and materials | The rebrand goes live and needs a first surface on the brand's domain by Thursday |
| Campaign Microsite | A site with a mechanic: a quiz that recommends, a calculator, a configurator, a personal-result generator, a promo game. Data capture, CRM and email wired in | 1 to 2 weeks | The campaign you designed needs something people do, not just something they see |
| Brand AI Tool | A custom on-site advisor, an internal assistant or lead-handling automation, in the brand's tone and rules | 2 to 4 weeks | The client asks "can we do something with AI" and you would rather it did not look like everyone else's chatbot |
| AI Visibility Audit | Thirty category questions across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI, share of voice against five competitors, cited sources, a ten-step plan | 5 days | A rebrand is the moment to check what the assistants say about the brand, before the new name goes out |
All of it fixed scope, fixed price, a date. Partner prices quoted within 24 hours, EU invoicing, ex-VAT.
Creative direction and credit stay with you
Three rules we work by.
- The brand book is the spec. Typography, colour, spacing, tone: we implement it, we do not reinterpret it. Where the identity does not yet define a component (a form state, a table, a chart), we propose it inside your system and you approve it before it ships.
- You sign the work. In white-label the brand sees your name only. In co-branded, the proposal reads "Identity and creative direction: your studio. Digital and AI production: lobod.rocks", and the case study is joint.
- Iterations are cheap, decisions are yours. AI does the variants, so a worked-through direction lands on day one instead of day five. A person with ten years of agency experience filters the variants before they reach you, and your creative director makes the call.
How a handover works: brand book in, page out
| Day | What happens | Who |
|---|---|---|
| Day 0, 30 min | You tell us the brand, the launch date and the format. We confirm the model and the partner price | You and us |
| Day 1, 45 min | Brief with a checklist. Brand book, assets, copy points or the messaging you have already written. The clock starts when the materials are in | You lead; we ask the technical questions |
| Day 1 | One page direction in your system, worked through, with copy in Spanish and English | Us; you approve |
| Day 2 | Build, forms, analytics, schema and entity data | Us |
| Day 3 | Your revisions (two rounds included), QA, live on the brand's domain | Us; you approve |
| Handover | Repository, accounts, a one-page manual. Small text and image changes in the first two weeks are on us | Us to the brand, through you |
For a Campaign Microsite the same shape stretches to 1 to 2 weeks because the mechanic gets designed, wired to the CRM and tested. For a Brand AI Tool, 2 to 4 weeks.
The two formats that fit a studio
| Model | How the brand sees it | Money | When it fits a studio |
|---|---|---|---|
| White-label | Your service, your contact, your invoice. We are the invisible subcontractor | Your 20–30% margin on our partner price | You are growing into a studio that ships as well as designs, and you want one name in front of the client |
| Co-branded (our pick) | One proposal, two suppliers, one team. "Creative direction: you. Digital and AI: lobod.rocks" | Each invoices its part; the brand gets 10% off the joint package | Launches where the identity and the digital build go out together, and the case study is worth sharing |
| Referral | You introduce us and step back. Contract between lobod.rocks and the brand | 15% of the first contract, 10% of renewals | A client asks for a build after your work is done and you would rather not manage it |
All three are open from day one; mix them per client. No exclusivity, and never two studios for the same brand: the first one that brings it keeps it.
Who talks to the brand, who owns the code
Who talks to the brand: in white-label, only you. In co-branded and referral, both of us, with you leading. On calls we are your technical team if you introduce us that way, and we never pitch the brand around you: the referral fee, 15% of the first contract and 10% of renewals whether the brand buys through you or directly, is in a one-page partner agreement.
Who owns the code, the content and the data: the brand. Repositories, accounts and access are handed over at delivery. EU hosting, GDPR by default, no personal data anywhere near model training. Your design files stay yours.
The joint-proposal template in the kit
Within a week of the first call you get the partner kit: a one-page concept in Spanish and English, a product card with partner prices and timings per model, three live demo mechanics (a quiz, a calculator, a generator) you can open in a meeting, and an intro email in your register. For studios we add the joint-proposal template: one document with your identity scope on the left, our production scope on the right, one timeline, one price with the 10% joint discount, and a line for who owns what at handover. Fill in the brand name and send it.
One more thing worth knowing: 84% of citations in AI-assistant answers point to earned media (Muck Rack, May 2026), so a brand launch that gets press is also a brand that starts appearing in ChatGPT and Gemini. The audit shows the client where they stand before and after. It is a good extra line on a rebrand proposal, and we run the first one free.
