Dmytro Lobod is an entrepreneur based in Barcelona, Spain. He has spent ten years building companies with his own name on them: a social media agency that has worked with 350+ brands in 12 countries, a consumer app that is live in both app stores, and a studio that writes for founders. In 2026 he brought all of that to Barcelona and founded lobod.rocks, a marketing department for founders and business owners in Europe and the US.

LOBODS, since 2016
The social media agency Dmytro co-founded in 2016 and still runs, from Ukraine to the EU. Ten years in, it has worked with 350+ brands in 12 countries, among them Carlsberg, Rakuten Viber, Crédit Agricole, Suzuki, Samsung, Chicco, Caparol, Ninja and Shark. Zoya is co-founder. The ten years of agency experience behind lobod.rocks come from here. Its site, lobods.com, was made end to end by lobod.rocks, from the logo to a shooter in the browser, as the LOBODS case shows.
Stadami
A marketplace app for finding and booking beauty, wellness and fitness professionals. Live on the App Store and Google Play, and growing in Brazil. Built the way lobod.rocks now works for clients: a small team, AI in every step, shipped weekly. The app, its two sites, the funnels and the marketing are all lobod.rocks work, shown in the Stadami case.
LOBODS EU
The studio that turns quiet expertise into a LinkedIn voice a market follows. Founders, executives, and one Swiss client who now gets more inbound from posts than from ads. Dmytro co-founded it; Anastasiia is its CEO. It is also where his own voice was tested: ironic, specific, allergic to "thrilled to announce". The Founder LinkedIn presence sold through lobod.rocks is this studio's method.
What lobod.rocks is and how it works
lobod.rocks is a marketing department for founders and business owners, led by Dmytro Lobod. Four products, by the job to be done:

lobod.rocks also works as the production and technology partner of PR, branding, event, media and SEO agencies, consultants and business communities, under referral, co-branded or white-label models described on the partners page.
The way it works is simple to state. Project work has a fixed scope, a fixed fee and a delivery date, and the builds include two rounds of revisions; monthly work has a monthly fee with the month's scope fixed in the quote. Quotes within 24 working hours. EU invoicing, prices ex-VAT. AI does the iterations; a human with ten years of agency experience makes the decisions. Clients own the code, content, accounts and data. GDPR applies by default, and no personal data is used to train models. The HÓTICO case shows one client project from start to finish: the website of a CRM for hotels, with its funnels, architecture and web identity.
Behind the one contact: a core of two or three people at lobod.rocks, and the LOBODS team, 50+ people in strategy, design, copy, production, media buying and development, brought in per project.
Where he is, and where he works
Physically in Barcelona. lobod.rocks is remote-first, with clients in Europe and the US, and on site when a meeting, a shoot or a launch calls for it. The agency behind him has shipped for brands in twelve countries.
Languages
English, Spanish, Ukrainian and Russian. Client work is done in English and Spanish, and pages are written natively in both rather than translated. Ukrainian and Russian are the languages at home, and the site has home and partner pages in both for founders arriving in Spain from those markets.
